Data Deletion Instructions

At MAAT Systems EAST AFRICA, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any data we have collected through our services or via Meta platforms (such as Facebook login), please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to support@maat-ea.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your full name, the email address linked to your account, and any other relevant identification details.
3. Specify whether you want a complete account deletion or only certain data removed.

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Automatic Meta Data Deletion

If you remove our app’s connection to your Meta account (e.g., through Facebook’s settings), we will automatically delete any Meta Platform data associated with your account within 90 days, as required by Meta’s policies.
